Soul Time With Mary

Speaking Kind Words is an authentic, Heartfelt expression—a transmission of the Love that you are and of the Love that breathes you, blesses you, guides you, and inspires you. It is a way of exercising Authentic Empowerment, and one of the fastest ways to grow Spiritually.

As Hafiz wrote, “What we speak becomes the house we live in.”

We are in a time of great accelerated transformation, and we have a Golden Opportunity to take dominion within our own consciousness—to stop giving airtime to the false narrative of the ego. Spirit meets us at the point of our action. As Chief Seattle said, “Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves.”

We are Co-Creators, and we are Co-Creating all the time—through our thoughts, our words, our choices, and our actions. We are not responsible for the thoughts that come into our minds; we are responsible for what we do with them. And the doing can be as simple as slowing down enough to find the space between stimulus and response—the space in which you can choose your response, and the energy upon which your words ride.

Compassionate Self-Forgiveness and Speaking Kind Words are both practices of Spiritual Ecology—they are part of temple maintenance.
